Bean Observation
In this investigation the students will use their 5 senses to observe a wet and dry bean. They will learn how to hold and use a hand lens while exploring the dry and wet bean. First, the students observe the dry bean then predict what happens to the bean if soaked. The students draw their observation and describe using their senses. The students observe and learn the parts of the bean seed and their functions. Then, create a bean seed model.
